Bronwyn Sutton

Bronwyn Sutton is a PhD candidate at Deakin University, using arts-based methods to explore the affects and processes of transformation with people whose work involves leading communities towards environmental sustainability and action on climate change. Bronwyn has an extensive professional background in environmental communications, community engagement, and education. She is a creative at heart who blends research, experience and curiosity in her practice to create purpose-driven work that connects deeply to nurture change. Bronwyn’s research interests and teaching expertise are transdisciplinary and centred on climate change, public pedagogy, environmental communications, activism, learning, and leadership. She is particularly interested in exploring climate change activism and environmental learning in ‘beyond school’ spaces and public spheres.
